My summer's not boring! I'm actually sort of busy sometimes. Although I did not enroll to any UPCAT review lessons or any workshop, I'm still semi-busy. Mom doesn't have the budget for any workshop or review classes, that's why. One reason why I'm not bored right now because my inner bookworm is starting to drift out. I just read the fifth series of Harry Potter again for 2 days only! I also read To Kill A Mockingbird and I really love it a lot! I sometimes find myself in Jean Louise because we are both boyish, haha! I also like it because it teaches something about racial discrimination. Another is because of the volunteer work I did in Batangas. Reminiscing is so fun! The next reason is the unlimited internet access so I can use the computer and the internet as long as my brothers aren't using it. Our helper also went to her province for a 2-week vacation starting last Saturday. So I was tasked to do the whole family's laundry for 8 days and be the assistant cook. I'm actually feeling both lucky and unlucky with it. You know, every now and then, my dad and my mom always have something for us to do. It's very tiring but of course, rewarding because not all people of my age can do the laundry or cook and it's part of being an adult. You know, cooking is one skill that a woman is in great need of.

This is not to be boastful, but, my mom and dad are active members of the Church and as a yearly tradition, there is this stupid Santacruzan. It's so ridiculous to see girls in gowns walking in the streets and I'm just laughing at them. Especially when I see mothers pushing their daughters to take part. Haha! You know, I'm the boyish type of girl and I don't like those things. Last year, my mom wanted me to join that stupid thing, good thing Aiza was there and she wanted to join. Hehehe. But now, their friend, Tito Lito gave my name to our Parish Priest without my consent. He has two daughters, Leslie and Angela, but he didn't place their names, Aiza was there but he still didn't put her name. I wanted to cuss him but of course, good manners and right conduct! But I'm not going there no matter what. I hate those girly stuff and I really find it ridiculous. I hope I get sick on Saturday. :twisted: I'm not going there. Repeat mantra: That stuff is so stupid. Remember the prom? I wanted to design dresses and all, but I didn't want to wear the dress. Come on. I'm an accessory maven, but I'm definitely NOT a kikay. If I'm allowed to wear khakis, leather cuffs and a tee in that Santacruzan, I'd hesitantly join, but I'm not joining that if they'd want me to wear a stupid gown. Eww. :twisted:
