I went to 6am mass today. I think it's only today that I went to 6am mass on an Ordinary Sunday. However, I don't find it nice. The heads you see everywhere are either white heads (hair) or veils. Yes, almost 70% of the population are senior citizens. Can you imagine the church full of dresses or blouses with matching slacks or skirts in crazy prints? My kuya even said last night: "Di ba, simba ng matatanda yun?". Kaya lang naman ako nagsimba nang ganung oras kasi may serve si daddy, edi makakasabay ako sa kotse niya. Aside from that, gusto ko umaga magsimba, e wala akong ibang kasabay pag ganun.
I didn't like it. I'd prefer the 7am. Uhmm, there's one attitude inside every old person that I really despise. Mahilig silang sumingit sa pila as in ipagtutulakan nila yung mga sarili nila! Me, being an 'almost good girl' (kapal ng mukha!!!), siyempre kailangan ko silang pagbigyan at intindihin. I almost tripped a while ago. Imagine if I tripped, matataasan ko ba ng kilay ung matanda dahil sa kahihiyang dinulot niya saken?? I don't hate them but I don't think that it's right to do such a thing.
I'll never go to 6am mass on an Ordinary Sunday. Never. (Stays calm)
Change topic.
Even when I was in elementary, I hated chain letters/emails/texts so much. They are one of the most annoying things on Earth. There are chain stuff that even use the name of God, Virgin Mary and Jesus (they are the most annoying type of stuff). That's really stupid, there are more effective ways to which you can show your love for Them. How could we say that we love Jesus through sending those chain stuff, then after we send the stuff, we go back to our sinful lives? Is that love for Our Lord??
Stuff that tells you that you will suffer for (write number of years here) years. I have received and ignored sooooo many chain letters/emails/texts but I still live a very blessed life. My life is NOT cursed at all. I live a very happy life even if those chain stuff tell me that I'm going to suffer. Duh.
Well, sometimes, it's just done for fun. However, I don't think that majority of people love or appreciate chain stuff. Read Candy's Guide to Life, the subject is How To Be A Polite Netizen. It tells not to send chain mails coz nobody appreciates them.
When I was in elementary, my bestfriend, her name was Julie, got leukemia (we were in grade 4). We shared the same dream of going to Philippine Science High School. Yes, it's Pisay, not Masci. She didn't go to school around 3 months for the chemotherapy. Then in grade 5, she was back to normal attendance. In grade 6, I never found her in the school, some say she was homeschooled already. But she still gives out letters. Unfortunately, I never received one. But when I received one, it was a chain letter. I was so disgusted. Until now, I do not know her whereabouts but I'm not happy with what she did. That was when I started getting VERY annoyed with chain letters/emails/texts.
I beg you, please, don't send me annoying chain emails/letters/texts. I might just become bitter.
Sorry about this annoyingpost, next time, I'll post a happy entry. :D
